Our systems offer advanced features and integration options that are not found on many small business phone systems.  Calls can be routed via Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines or via one or more Voice Over IP providers (or a mix of both).  Using standard protocols allows us to provide a system that does not lock you into one specific vendor for phones.  We commonly use Polycom and Aastra phones, both companies that are well known and respected in the telephony industry.
